We received an abundance of emails from you after our last newsletter, filled with the exciting news that we graduated our first class from Good Shepherd Academy in June of 2025. Thank you!

As a result of this outpouring of joy, we are hosting a Celebration Prayer Party for our graduates on November 20th at noon (or any time of your choosing). Join us on that day and time for a moment of silent prayer of gratitude for our graduates as they embark on their university studies. Please do share with us any insight you receive during this moment of silent prayer.

Awasum Benedict, the first child at Good Shepherd Home and a recent graduate, had this to say about his years at Good Shepherd Academy:

“I’m leaving Good Shepherd Academy with a lot of nostalgia but no regrets. Nostalgia, because I’m missing the warmth from the administration, teachers, and students. But I’m grateful because I’m well-equipped to face the challenges of university life, the world beyond, and the future. Thank you so much for guiding me to become the man I am today.”

We pray you will join your Board of Directors in digging deep to give more than ever this year in thanksgiving for our graduates! Your Co-Chairs are both doubling their pledges this year, filled with hope and thanksgiving.
