As a practitioner in the field of labor and employment law for nearly thirty years, Beth has a niche practice that focuses on preventing workplace harassment and discrimination. Her firm provides third-party independent investigations, workplace training, mediation, and expert witness testimony in matters involving employee relations.

Beth is on the Board of Directors of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and has served several times as a full-time faculty member for the Institute, a five-day training program for professionals. Beth has published several articles about ethically-compliant investigations and the nuances of effective investigations and has been engaged to speak for the American Bar Association; the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations; and other professional and business organizations.

Beth is a member of the Society of Independent Workplace Investigators (SIWI), an organization comprised of attorney-investigators, and she contributed to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Investigators, published by SIWI. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New Jersey Women Lawyer’s Association, where she serves on the Board of Directors and co-chairs the Grants & Charitable Giving Committee. Beth has represented children as Guardian Ad Litem in the New Jersey courts, and she has provided pro bono representation of parents in state-initiated termination of parental rights proceedings.

Beth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Industrial Relations from Rider University and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University.
