Lauren M. Doliva PhD is global managing partner of Heidrick & Struggles’ Human Resources Officer Practice and is the managing partner of The Chief Advisor Network. She is also a member of the firm’s Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors Consumer and Private Equity practices. For nearly 30 years, Lauren has successfully represented clients across a broad spectrum of organizations including venture backed start-ups, mid-cap and large publicly held corporations. Lauren has been recognized by a number of publications including the Global 200 Executive Recruiters and Businessweek as one of the industry’s top consultants. For seven continuous years, she was honored as one of the “Most Influential Women in Business” by the San Francisco Business Times, culminating as “Forever Influential.” Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lauren spent three years at Lucasfilm, Ltd. working with the corporate entity as well as emerging divisions such as Pixar, the Droid Works, Sprocket Systems and ILM.

Lauren’s PhD in counseling psychology was awarded by the University of California, Berkeley, earned while serving as clinical psychology staff intern at Children’s Hospital (San Francisco), University of California, Berkeley, the Los Angeles Public Health Department, and Kaiser Hospital (Oakland). She received her MA in teaching from Harvard University and her BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
