Christina Kales brings to the board significant experience in the nonprofit sector having served as both Executive Director and Development Director of the Princeton YWCA/YMCA in NJ; and as Project Manager in State Child Welfare Reform for the Annie E. Casey Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition, she has served as Policy Analyst for the New Jersey Schools Development Authority and as Executive Director of the NJ Healthcare Facilities Financing Authority.

Christina holds a BA from Rowan University, completed graduate studies in government at The College of William and Mary and Duke University’s Governor’s Center, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, and has completed a Fulbright Fellowship at the University of Jadaphur in Calcutta, India. While living in India, her strong desire to serve the poor in developing nations was born.
